last saturday, the lovely helene & lasse got married in a place called asker here in norway. it was a beautiful wedding and i can't wait to share more of the images from their incredible day.
this frame was one of those in-between moments that i love capturing and the leica is certainly an ideal tool in such settings...a very low key camera, unless one knows the price of it (not low key at all, unfortunately).

just hitched
on the last day of 2012 i had the pleasure of meeting this great couple and making some pictures with them just after their ceremony in the middle of downtown oslo. all the guests had already left for the reception and we had the pleasure of enjoying a quiet and personal session.
one would think that there'd be a ridiculous amount of snow in oslo, norway on new years eve...not so much this year. it was in fact raining and the temperature was quite enjoyable all things considered. i'm certainly not complaining.
after shooting some pictures outside, we decided to head down to a pretty cool hotel here in oslo and continue our little session in their fabulous suite.
normally i just document full-day weddings, so doing a session like this was a sort of new experience. i think the images reflect that as well.
